Write a CE Article for The Texas Nurse Practitioner Magazine - Fall/Winter Issue

TNP is seeking nurse practitioners and subject-matter experts interested in writing continuing education articles for The Texas Nurse Practitioner. Authors can share their expertise, highlight emerging clinical topics, and provide practical, evidence-based information that supports NP practice and professional development.

Submission Requirements

Please submit the following materials 65 days prior to the copy deadline:

• The completed article
• A post-test consisting of multiple-choice or true/false questions, with the correct answers clearly marked

Article length and question requirements: The article must be between 2,500 and 4,000 words.

• Approximately 2,500 words → 13 questions
• Approximately 4,000 words → 11 questions (or a proportional combination within this range)

After submission You will receive an Approved Provider Activity Planning Document and a Mergener Formula spreadsheet. These must be completed and returned within 45 days of the copy deadline to confirm that the content qualifies for Contact Hours.
