2025 Annual Conference Volunteer

Join us at the Texas Nurse Practitioners (TNP) Annual Conference and be a part of one of the largest gatherings of nurse practitioners in the state! We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly volunteers to help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all attendees.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Greet attendees as they arrive and provide a warm, professional welcome

• Assist with directions to meeting rooms and events

• Thank exhibitors and sponsors for supporting the event and gain feedback from their experience.

• Provide general event support as needed

Date & Location:

Hilton Anatole, Dallas, TX

• Thursday, September 24 (Hours range from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.)
• Friday, September 25 (Hours range from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.)
• Saturday, September 26 (Hours range from 7:30 a.m. -5:00 p.m.)
